Psychotherapy and Trauma Specialist
Trish Haight is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), MFC 48797, in the State of California, and her private practice is located in West Los Angeles. Trish offers individual, couples and group psychotherapy. Along with treating relational, developmental, and shock traumas, sexual health and wellness, Trish’s practice includes highly unique specialized programming curated for survivors and relationships impacted by deceptive sexuality and trauma (DST). Trish offers a 4-day 28-Hour psychoeducation webinar for female survivors and a 6-day 42-Hour in person group intensive.
Trish is trained in NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM), a specialization in attachment, relational, and developmental trauma. The model integrates relational orientation and the nervous system. It highlights working with the life force and the survival styles and patterns that get locked in the nervous system and body. By exploring and meeting the 5 core needs of connection, attunement, trust, autonomy, love-sexuality, it can encourage a release of old survival patterns that are no longer needed and can promote connection to our authentic self, in relationship to others and to our life. Trish trained for three years and was under the guidance and teaching of Dr. Lawrence Heller at NARM Training Institute.
Here I am Becoming: Sacred Sister Cocoon is a Private Practice, 6-day in person group intensive program, conducted in Los Angeles or in California by Trish for female survivors. This is an intensive group psychotherapy process clinically curated specifically for the intimate partner or spouse who has been impacted by deceptive sexuality. The intensive curriculum is the same as the webinar, based on Deceptive Sexuality and Trauma Treatment (DSTT): The Illumination Teachings, specifically the 22 traumatic injuries and symptoms experienced by survivors, DST-22, but allows an immersive, in person, and psychotherapy context with Trish and other survivors. This is not initial assessment or stabilization, but a sensitive group psychoeducation intensive, as an adjunct to established and adequate assessment and stabilization in individual and/or group therapy.
